We charge your card as soon as your order is placed, but it may take several business days to appear on your statement. While insurance is not included, your satisfaction is our priority. If your package does not arrive or your print arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Contact our customer service team and we will ensure the reception of your order in quality condition.
